Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY:-

Customers can return their order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at oditees2020@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or your preferred medium as per your convenience. Refund will be provided only if there is a manufacturing defect only.. & for size mismatch we will provide replacement.
The product amount will be credited back either into your bank account or your preferred medium as per the reason of return once we have received the products and quality check is done.

To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on oditees2020@gmail.com with your Order ID mentioned.
Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace .

REFUND POLICY:-

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order,notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. Please ensure you keep the garment untried,unworn & unwashed.
All refunds will be credited either into your bank account or your preferred medium of payment.
If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long the refund procedure takes?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 7 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Where should I return my product?

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we shall reimburse courier charges upon receiving the product.

Acceptable critereas for refund
1) Product recived in damaged condition.
2) Size mismatch.
The customer should initiate the return of the product within 3 days of delivery.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

The tentative delivery period varies from 4-5 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders.
