SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
ODITEES understands and values customer satisfaction and wishes to ensure that a trusting relationship is built with each purchase.
ODITEES therefore offers a 100% Returns & Refunds Guarantee.
In case of any Product defect (shrinkage, colour bleeding, print quality issue, stitching, breakage) there will be a No-Questions-Asked Replacement within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
Replacement will be with a substitute product of your choice from Oditees’s available collection – worth the amount paid by you. Please provide a copy of the paid invoice.
Original product will need to be mailed back to our office prior to processing of the replacement/ refund.
No exchange & refunds on SALE products.
Refund Policy:
Refund of payment is applicable only in the following situations –
In case fresh stock is not available with seller for exchange as per above guidelines and the customer want refunds only, customer will get a refund of the amount in their Bank Account or Googlepay/Phonepay/Paytm within 7 days after returning the goods safely and in original condition to us.
Cancellation & Shipping Policy:
Customers can raise a cancellation request for items or orders by logging in and selecting the My Orders section.
In case a customer is not registered with us, they will raise a return request by sending E-mail oditees2020@gmail.com or call/ whatsapp on +91-7008253351 .
If the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, the customer can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to their original payment mode after returning the product to us. If the customer has accepted the shipment, they can return the product and the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode once the product is returned to us.
Cash on delivery option is available soon .
Based on stock availability, we normally ship the T-shirt within 24 hours from the date of order payment confirmation. Occasionally, due to rush of orders or holidays, the time to ship may extend to up to 2 days.
